IMPORTANT: CaseSignal.ai is NOT your attorney. We provide technology to help your attorney collect information. Any legal advice, document review, or legal decisions are made by your attorney, not by CaseSignal.ai or our AI systems.

3. Your Consent

Your use of this Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and CaseSignal.ai. Any attorney-client relationship you have is with the attorney or law firm that invited you to use this Service.

All AI-generated content, including suggested language and draft documents, must be reviewed by a licensed attorney before use. Do not rely on any AI output as legal advice.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge. Your attorney will rely on this information for estate planning purposes. Inaccurate information may result in documents that do not reflect your wishes.
